This is why I don't take classes at the gym. They may someday be posted on YouTube. I have never heard an instructor sing along with the music. Watch, she rarely lifts up her feet. Well, it made me laugh, hope it makes you laugh too. =)

Actually I think the music is more 70's. I love the hair too.
