Well, it's true, I miss Kansas thunderstorms. Not the ones that produce tornado's, but the ones that put on a spectacular lightening show and great sounds of thunder, the kind that shake the house! I miss seeing lightening go all the way to the ground and the skies full of clouds that go on forever.
The skies of Utah tried to produce such a show today, but sadly failed. I think there was maybe two or three bolts of lightening? Anyway, while we were driving home from school the storm was moving in and I was telling the boys that when I was little my siblings and I used to sit and watch the storms roll in. Then we would just run around in the rain. So when we got home we sat inside the garage on the lawn chairs and enjoyed the rain and a little bit of hail.
Life is giving us a little thunderstorm now and I hope that there will be a rainbow soon!
